Xiamen
University and Kaiyuan District High-Tech R&D Center was inaugurated
on March 27, 2000, under agreement reached between Xiamen University
and the local government of Kaiyuan District.
Making "Innovation, Practicality, Growth and Effectiveness"
as its purpose, the Center takes advantages of the research strength
of Xiamen University and other local research institutions and the
excellent police, technological and business environment of Kaiyuan
District to promote the creation of science and technology, the
commercialization of achievements in scientific research; to attract
the experts and scholars in China and abroad to invest and perform
their pioneering business here.
For the commercialization and industrialization of the achievements
in scientific research two strategically linked sister companies
are organized within the Center, which are: B & C Technology
Co., Ltd and International Hi-Tech Inc. |
